You do not have to be super flexible. A Thai Yoga session is done on a floor with the recipient fully dressed in comfortable clothing. No oil or cream is used. The recipient is guided through a series of yoga postures while having the body's energy lines stimulated by thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet. It is truly a wonderful experience in which energy blockages may be released and deep healing may emerge as the flow of energy is improved.
