Hello, this is my problem... they teach at school that it is advised to take your linens to have them cleaned by a laundry SERVICE... and that our washer and dryers are not hot enough to clean and rid of germs and pathogens... and bleach and all the cleaning things aren't strong enough either... that we have to take them to a cleaning service... But I tried taking them to a service and they are either a dry cleaners or self service only... HELP!!! I think it would be very nice having some place do it for me... but WHERE???
OIL ON YOUR LINENS ??? TRY THIS...
I massage each side for 10 mins.. then if they are hypertonic or got fib then I would apply on thick a castor oil & woodlock mixture, wet and hot towel and apply alot of saran wrap tucked in and over so my linens and their clothes don't get it on them then apply a moist heat pad for 15 mins max... and remove and they are and muscles are relaxed and easier to massage deep.
