Hi!!!!! I opened the first day spa in southwest Alabama on May the first. With a lot of advertizing and networking most people know where we are located. A person right down the street decided that this would be a wonderful business for her also!!!!
She hired people to work for her (she knows nothing about massage therapy and is not a people person). Every idea that our Day Spa comes up with, she copies. We just advertizes "Spa Parties" a month ago. We have close people telling me "you have found your niche". Now she is telling everyone that she will be having spa parties. I'm I the only person with this problem?
I know this is called competition buy how do you offer something unique that doesn't get copied? I have been a licened massage t
therapist for almost 3 yrs. Any suggestions?
