I am a Registered Massage Therapist working in Edwards, Colorado. I have been studying and practicing health and wellness since 1989.
I received my Bachelor’s degree (1993) and my Master’s degree (1997) from The University of Texas at Austin. I focused my studies on exercise and aging; specifically, the effects of strength and flexibility training on the elderly population.
