Teena is a graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage. She has been practicing bodywork and massage since 1986. Initially trained in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage she has developed her own unique touch. It is a deeply relaxing, firm yet gentle, flowing massage, specifically tailored to meet the needs of the individual. She has hundreds of additional hours training in multiple massage techniques, manual therapies, and movement therapies primarily specializing in pain relief.
